About a 2.5 hr drive South of Seattle, Washington is the beautiful Mt. Rainier National Park. It’s great for a day trip, camping, and hikes for all skill levels. Entrance fee is $30/car and the pass lasts 7 days. Expect to see waterfalls, mountains, giant trees, and fresh streams and rivers. Be sure to go on a clear day to get the best view of Mt. It was only a day trip. I had a couple friends in town and we only had 3 full days to see parts of Washington. I would like to go back for sure.
